Scitec Nutrition - Attack 2.0 Review

So this is the first of the many samples were lucky enough to get from Scitec, thanks very much guys!!!!!

Today I'm looking at the Attack 2.0 Preworkout creatine booster.

Mixabilty - So the pack advises to mix with 500ml of water which isn't bad plenty there to keep you hydrated, however with 5 types of creatine your gonna need it. I mixed this in a pint glass with a spoon and found it mixed extremely well, sometimes you can find a lot of the mix at the bottom of your shaker or glass but, with this there was next to nothing.

Taste - When I opened the package if I am completely honest the smell wasn't great and almost put me off having the mix. However once all mixed up the taste was pretty good, found it a little stout but the cherry flavour was strong but not strong enough to put you off. 

Nutritional Values - 

Rating - For me this preworkout was quite good, mixed very well however the taste for me let it down a little. I would give Scitec Nutrition Attack 2.0 a           7/10.

Efectiv Nutriton Whey Review

Firstly I want to thank Efectiv Nutrition for the selection of whey that I received from you, top job and really fast delivery.

Having tried all the flavours now I can say that Mint Choc was definitely my favourite!!!!

The shakes taste great, the Mint Choc tasted just like ice cream.

I prefer my shakes quiet thick and mixing these with 250-300ml of water keeps it really thick unlike other powders that can be really watery and the flavour disappears when mixed to much. You can easily mix the powder with porridge, yoghurt, milk and it tastes unbelievable which ever way you choose to go.

When you break it down and look at the macros with 21g protein, 3.4g carbs and 2g of fat, and with 115 kcal per serving that's a great balance.

In summary Efectiv Nutrition whey is a great product, excellent balance of macros, great mixabilty and amazing taste. Highly Recommend!!!!

I would give them a 9/10!!!!!
