Cardio Workout

So..................
We have been looking at some new cardio workouts we can do both online and in magazines, and we came across this great one in the current issue of Muscle & Fitness.

We will be giving this one a go over the next week or so, if you like the look give it a go yourself and let us know your opinions.

5 rounds with 60 seconds rest after the Burpess, not rest between exercises. 

Jumping Jacks - 30 secs
Mountain Climbers - 20 secs
Burpees - 10 secs
Rest
